Britney
Spears not headed to Las Vegas after all.
In other
tinseltown news, singer Britney Spears
is apparently now nixing stories that
she plans to headline an unnamed number
of Las Vegas shows in 2007-08. The
October issue of Elle magazine
says that with the impending arrival of
her first child, Spears plans to put her
career on hold.
"Your child
needs to be your full-time job. I
want to raise my kids and share all of
those precious moments with them and not
rely on nannies," she stated.
Update:
Spears reportedly gave birth to a
healthy baby boy on Sept. 14th, 2005. |
