Your Child's First Dental Visit
What to expect and when to go.

The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends scheduling a visit to the dentist within six months of the eruption of the first tooth, and no later than the child’s first birthday. Some dentists will not see a child until around the age of three, so consult the office of your choice for details. If you take your child to the dentist at an early age, they can practice preventative medicine. Your dentist will check for decay and other problems, teach you how to clean your child’s teeth daily and identify your child’s fluoride needs. By starting dental visits early, you’ll help your child build a lifetime of good dental habits!

Positive Thought For The Day

"It is better to believe for a lot and get some of it, than to believe for nothing and get all of it."

- Joyce Meyer
